Summer Schedule 2018

As the third session at Yoga in Salt Spring begins on June 5, I hope you will be joining me! With our ‘indoor-outdoor’ yoga studio, we can make the most of the warm weather by having one side of the room completely open to the garden.

Here is how my Iyengar yoga sessions will continue to look: Tuesday and Thursday classes will be six-week sessions, with a reduced rate to students who sign up for the six-weeks. As Iyengar yoga is progressive, we follow a curriculum to enable students to develop skills week by week, and to build upon the poses and methods learned in each class. If you sign up for a Tuesday or a Thursday class and have to miss a week, you can ‘make up’ by attending a Saturday class. Saturday classes are for drop-ins and making up classes.

  • Tuesday from 5:00-6:30pm (90 mins) for Level I/II: cost $105 for 6 classes (or $20 per class)
  • Thursday from 5:00-6:15pm (75 mins) for beginners / Level I: cost $95 (or $18 per class)
  • Saturday from 5:00-6:15pm (75 mins) for all levels. Cost $18 per class. Saturdays will be a make-up or drop-in class, for all levels.

Classes for the third session will begin on Tuesday, June 5th for six weeks. 

Please register in advance by sending me an e-transfer (, calling (250) 538-1716 with your credit card number or dropping in to Hedgerow House, 238 Park Drive, Ganges. We accept cash, cheque or credit card for payment. Please call me if cost is an issue for you.

Workshops: once again this year I plan to offer monthly themed workshops, so stay tuned for these 2-3 hour programs. If you have a request for a subject you would like to study in more depth, please let me know.  You can always check the website for the up to date schedule and the latest announcements.
