Workshop: Saturday, August 18, 4pm-6:15pm. Restorative and Pranayama
Join me for a restorative workshop on Saturday. With the poor air quality currently due to fires, we will take it slow,and stretch and restore.
Restorative yoga helps you to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props (bolsters, bricks, blankets, chairs etc). The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. With warm days and an active schedule, rest
orative yoga is the perfect counterbalance. And many of these poses you can practice at home with just a few props that you’ll have to hand.
Time 4pm-6:15pm (with a short break)
