Healthy knees, shoulders, toes and….. joints!
Anyone who has arthritis in their joints, or who wants to ward off stiffness in the joints will love this practice. We’ll spend time in yoga poses that help keep knees healthy, shoulders mobile, and even toes and fingers supple. Mobility and stability, balance and strength, are all key components in the work of keeping joints mobile. And best of all, there will be ideas to take home to your own mat.
