Build your Immunity with Socially Distanced Iyengar Yoga this Fall at Lions Hall – Wednesdays, 4pm-5:30pm

Please join me for weekly Iyengar yoga classes from Wednesday, September 9. I will be teaching at the Lions Hall, Drake Road, where the bright and spacious room can easily accommodate 10 students, with mats spaced 2m apart. Bring your own mat, and any props you like to use.
COVID precautions include: no sharing of mats or props; wear a mask if you choose; hand washing / sanitizing before and after class; no physical adjustments.
Benefits: we will focus on poses that build your immunity to keep you healthy during cold and ‘flu season, and soothe your nervous system. Expect chest openers, inversions, standing poses, restorative poses – as well as pranayama (the yoga of breath) to relax the brain, reduce stress, and boost the immune system.

Date: Wednesday, September 9, from 4pm-5:30pm and weekly thereafter
Cost: $20/class or $65 for 4 classes. I accept cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
