VIDEO: April 29 Online Class #6

Welcome! Today we are giving our hamstrings and psoas muscles a workout, and at the same time stretching our spines with back extensions. I have given several stages to most poses, so you can take each pose to your level of comfort, or repeat the last pose.
I look forward to receiving feedback and am happy to respond to requests for sequences with a specific focus.
In the meantime, stay well, be kind, and return to your mat as often as you can.
