Welcome to the 2nd online class from Yoga in Salt Spring by Jayne Lloyd-Jones, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Today we focus on twists to help detoxify the body and reduce feelings of anxiety by opening the chest, shoulders and back. You can pause the class at any time to repeat a pose or hold for longer.
