VIDEO: May 6 Online Class #7

I had a note from a student who has been spending a lot of time on the computer and was finding her neck and shoulders tight. So here is a class focusing on opening the chest, lengthening the front of the body, and extending the spine. As many of us are probably finding ourselves in front of the computer more than usual, I hope this helps anyone with tight shoulders. There will be some focus on the neck and shoulders in the next class too, so check back often!
