Today we focus on abdominals. Through supine poses, standing poses and twists we will pay attention to the lower abdomen, specifically the internal and external oblique muscles. These muscles work with the lower spine to build core strength and a healthy back. Work to your own ability and always listen to your back. I hope you enjoy the class.
