Yoga for the Heart: we will focus on poses that open the heart, that open the auricles and ventricles, and give the benefits of inverted poses (even if you do not do headstand). Inversions boost the major systems of the body (circulatory, respiratory, nervous and glandular) and give rest to the heart. Many of the poses in this sequence are also immune-boosting poses, great to help us out at this season of the year.
